Homemade Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

Soybeans 200g

Food-grade point tofu cooked gypsum powder 4-6g

Water 1600g

Methods/ Steps

1. Soak the soybeans in water one night in advance, usually for about 8 hours, remember to change the water when soaking on hot days.

2. Pour the soaked soybeans and water (1:8 ratio of soybeans to water) into the soybean milk machine a few times, and use the soybean milk machine to grind into soybean milk.

3. Pour the ground soybean milk through the filter cloth into the pot, squeeze out the soybean milk, the dregs of soybean milk, (dregs of soybean milk can be used to do other uses) and then collect the rest of the soybean milk, the raw soybean milk is so ready.

7. Then you need to use the pot to cook soybean milk, cooking soybean milk, remember to stir more, otherwise it is easy to paste the pot, cooking the soybean milk floating white foam skimming out.

8. Before the soybean milk cooked, prepare a small bowl, food grade cooked gypsum powder and water (ratio 1:2.5) quickly mixed, quickly stirred into gypsum slurry. 9.
