Can plastics be divided into biodegradable plastics and traditional plastics?

Biodegradable plastics refer to a kind of plastics degraded by microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and algae existing in nature. The ideal biodegradable plastic is a kind of polymer material with excellent performance. After being discarded, it can be completely decomposed by environmental microorganisms and finally inorganic, becoming a part of the natural carbon cycle. Therefore, biodegradable plastics are polymer materials with the properties of "paper" and "synthetic plastics".
