The green and low-carbon transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises can start from three aspects.

It is an inherent requirement for enterprises to achieve carbon neutrality at the peak of carbon dioxide emissions, to implement new development concepts, to build a new development pattern and to promote high-quality economic development. China is a big manufacturing country. How to promote the traditional manufacturing industry to actively integrate into the "double carbon" development strategy and accelerate the green transformation is an important problem to be solved urgently. The author found that the green transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China still faces the following problems, which affect the in-depth development of green and low-carbon transformation.

First, the motivation for green transformation of enterprises is insufficient. The motivation and enthusiasm of enterprise's green transformation are restricted by its transformation cost. On the one hand, in order to survive in the fierce competitive market, some enterprises can only take short-term interests as the biggest driving force for their own development, thus ignoring the concept of environmental protection. On the other hand, the low-carbon transformation of enterprises needs a lot of capital investment, which also sets obstacles for enterprises to promote low-carbon transformation. Take a publicly disclosed group company as an example. If the sewage is discharged according to the national standards, it needs to invest 200-300 million yuan to buy pollutant treatment equipment, and the annual operating cost of the equipment is as high as 654.38+000-200 million yuan, which will inevitably consume a lot of money and reduce the profits of enterprises. Many manufacturing enterprises often lack the motivation to invest in green transformation after weighing the cost of pollution control.

Second, the green transformation model of enterprises is not clear. Without exception, manufacturing enterprises are closely related to the development of national economy and people's daily life. Their green development is not only the important content of implementing the central decision, but also the proper meaning of the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry. However, many enterprises claim to promote clean production, resource conservation and circular economy on their official websites to achieve the goal of sustainable development, but they have not really put their slogans into action. The green transformation of enterprises only stays on the slogan, without thinking deeply about how to organically combine their own interests with the social environment and national policies to realize the synergy between economic interests and social benefits.

Third, the technical ability of green transformation of enterprises is insufficient. Many enterprises have a weak foundation in technological innovation of green transformation, and at the same time lack corresponding professionals, and relevant incentive policies have not yet been established and improved. Technological innovation is the main way to realize the green transformation of manufacturing industry. However, the technological innovation development of manufacturing enterprises is still lagging behind, which restricts the green transformation of enterprises. The data shows that 89% of the 2608 representative manufacturing enterprises in the southeast coastal cities are in the exploration stage of green transformation and upgrading; 8% of enterprises are in the practical stage, implementing green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of important core technology devices and main businesses; Only 3% of enterprises are in the deepening development stage of green transformation. Although enterprises are eager to realize the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry with the help of technological innovation, there are some problems in enterprises, such as lack of transformation resources, lack of talents and low application level of digital technology, which lead to problems such as "difficult transformation" and "unable to move".

In view of the above problems, I think we can start from the following three aspects:

Second, enterprises should take the initiative to explore the transformation model that suits them. In order to achieve "ternary balance" and realize the sustainable development of enterprises, enterprises need to deal with three relationships, namely, the relationship between enterprises and society, the relationship between enterprises and the natural environment, and the relationship between enterprises. First of all, enterprises should increase exchanges with government departments, seek relevant policy support and legal protection, and promote enterprise transformation and upgrading; Secondly, enterprises should give full play to the dominant market advantage, strengthen R&D cooperation with universities and research institutes, promote technological transformation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, develop "specialized and innovative" products, actively introduce advanced green technologies, and cultivate independent green brands of enterprises; Finally, enterprises can make use of their own advantages, expand their business scope, change their development structure, improve energy efficiency, and strive to embark on a diversified and sustainable development path.

Third, enterprises should use digitalization to empower green transformation. Promoting green innovation is the urgent need and foundation to promote the green and low-carbon development of enterprises. In recent years, according to the work deployment of the State Council, guiding documents such as "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Integrated Development of Manufacturing Industry and Internet" and "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Development of Industrial Internet with Internet and Advanced Manufacturing Industry" have been issued one after another. Enterprises should use digital technology to form new economic growth points and new impetus for green development in the field of green and low carbon. Around the development goal of "double carbon", enterprises can focus on scientific and technological innovation, integrate digital economy with traditional manufacturing industry, transform "manufacturing industry" into "intelligent manufacturing industry", empower green manufacturing and management through next-generation information technologies such as industrial Internet, artificial intelligence and big data, promote the integrated development of Internet and enterprises, and finally improve the green and low-carbon production level of enterprises.
