Is Beijing Opera a tradition in Beijing?

Secondly, Peking Opera is a traditional drama centered on Beijing and spread all over China. During the reign of Tongzhi and Guangxu, the first generation of Peking Opera actors and masters of different schools appeared, which marked the maturity and prosperity of Peking Opera. In the heyday of maturity, it went all over the world. When Peking Opera became a widely influential drama, it pushed China's opera art to a new height.

Today, with the development of China traditional opera, it has been passed down and perfected in different times, constantly adapted to the needs of new times and new audiences, maintained and carried forward the artistic characteristics of national traditions, and gradually integrated into people's daily life. At the same time, many different forms of dramas have appeared, which have been loved and accepted by people and further promoted the development of Beijing opera.
