5. Please wear masks at the temporary convenience memorial site, consciously line up, keep a distance from each other, do not gather together, carry out memorial activities in an orderly manner at wrong times and peaks, and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.

Six, please the general public in the temporary convenience memorial places for memorial activities, we should attach great importance to fire control work, and resolutely can not spill liquor into the incineration container and around, so as not to cause fire accidents.

Seven, the city's urban management law enforcement personnel should further strengthen administrative law enforcement, and those who do not listen to dissuasion and burn paper money or money in public places will be punished according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in Xining, the Regulations on the Promotion of Civilized Behavior in Xining, and the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in Xining.
