I cook spaghetti with tomato sauce at home.

Composition:

Chopped pork, two tomatoes, a little celery/carrots/onions, pasta and tomato sauce.

Exercise:

1 blanch tomatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, cut garlic into foam, and cut celery/carrot/onion into sections for later use.

2 After the water in the pot is heated to boiling, put a spoonful of salt and olive oil (to prevent the spaghetti from sticking to the pot and making the noodles salty), then add the spaghetti, cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, and scoop up cold water for later use.

When cooking noodles, you can stir-fry tomato sauce, put oil in the pan when it is hot (butter is better), add meat foam, stir fry and change color until there is no water.

Stir-fry garlic in hot oil in another pan, add celery, carrots and onions, add tomatoes, crush tomatoes with a spatula to get juice, then add four spoonfuls of tomato sauce, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce and one spoonful of sugar, add the freshly fried meat foam and stir-fry, and finally add spaghetti and mix well, so that each spaghetti is covered with tomato sauce, turn off the fire and serve. It's done.

As for how long it takes to cook spaghetti, I usually follow the instructions on the package. The cooking time of different pasta also varies, which is generally around 15 minutes. Spaghetti has become soft, so you can pinch it off with chopsticks. If there is no white core, it is ripe.

If the pasta is cooked quickly, you can remove it and drain it, then add a little olive oil and mix well to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
