What is Baba sauce?

The practice of Baba sauce:

1, fresh Vitex negundo 10 kg. The redder the Vitex negundo, the better. Not bad. Remove the pedicel of pepper, wash and dry the steam.

2. Chop the pepper into granules, mix in 2 bags of pickled pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for one night.

3. Wash the moldy watercress, dry the water vapor, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, pour it into 1 bottle or 2 bottles of white wine, and soak it for one night.

4. The next day, mix the soaked moldy douban and pickled pepper, and add Jiang Mo, minced garlic, pepper, star anise, kaempferia kaempferia and fragrant leaves.
