How to Make Mixed Sugar Mooncake

Ingredients

150g brown sugar, 500g wheat flour, 150g caraway oil, 1/2 tsp baking soda, white sesame seeds

Methods

1. Prepare 150g brown sugar.

2. Pour a small bowl of cold water into a pot and add the prepared brown sugar.

3. Turn on the heat, stir with a spoon while simmering, cook until the brown sugar is dissolved and half of the original amount of water is left, turn off the heat, and set aside to cool until the brown sugar water has no heat coming out.
