How to promote the traditional culture of college students reading festival

Masterpieces of literature are the essence of human culture and thought, reading masterpieces of literature not only allows students to enjoy the cultivation of beautiful literature and art, but also realize the experience and wisdom of life, and stimulate the children's human feelings, spiritual rationality and sense of social responsibility. For this reason I decided to start by guiding students to appreciate the four great masterpieces of China, to promote the learning of traditional culture.

However, the reading of masterpieces is a long-term and lengthy process, considering that some students may give up halfway due to the transfer of interest or the lack of time after school, and even some students will read blindly, and perhaps some students will only pursue the plot and venture blindly without any plan, without a goal and so on, therefore, I first of all, I have made a co-ordinated arrangement of the time and titles of the students' reading of the masterpieces and required that Students have a purpose and plan for reading training. Every week on a special reading class, the provisions of the unified reading titles, such as according to each textbook appendix in the masterpiece guide recommended titles "Journey to the West", "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", "Water Margin", etc., planned for students to guide the reading, so that the students from shallow to deep, step by step. This not only leads the students to the hallowed hall of fame, but also stimulates their interest in reading and cultivates good reading habits.

At the same time, they are also reminded that in the process of understanding and reading the masterpieces in depth, it is also necessary to analyze some of the wonderful chapters, their favorite and admired characters, to understand the charisma of the characters, and to truly feel the inner charm of the masterpieces. In the reading and appreciation of the spirit of infection and inculcation, so that students know more about the true meaning of gratitude, honesty, bravery, integrity, morality and so on. In addition to consolidate and deepen the effect of reading, I will be held every two weeks in the classroom activities, such as: reading exchanges, book reports, seminars, debates, speech contests, talk about reading and so on.
