After 2 hours, dig out the dough with a spoon, and there will be many honeycomb eyes inside, which is the completion of fermentation.

Then only put some favorite ingredients on the cake, such as walnuts, mung beans and red dates, and then steam the cake.
3. Take out the electric steamer, add clean water, put the small pot into the pot, and give the cake a second fermentation time during the cooking process.
After the water boils, start counting for 25 minutes, and the medium fire begins to turn to the medium fire. Turn off the fire in 25 minutes, and don't take it out at once. Stop for 3 minutes to avoid sudden cooling, and the steamed cake will shrink and collapse.
