In order to inherit the traditional Chinese virtues, vigorously carry forward the spirit of volunteerism and actively cultivate the culture of volunteer service, the China Volunteer Service Federation launched the "Neighborhood Watch" volunteer service activity, and we propose that:

Neighborhood watch begins with caring. Volunteer service is based on the community. We should focus on caring for empty nesters, left-behind children, migrant workers, and the disabled, weave a community love network with neighborhood watch, and let everyone in need and eager for help get timely care with volunteer service.

Neighborhood watch starts from the side. Volunteer service is always available. Through comprehensive household registration, pairing assistance, family companionship and other forms, empty nesters have children to care for, migrant workers have friends to care for, left-behind children have parents to care for, and disabled people have relatives to care for.

Neighborhood watch starts with you and me. Volunteer service is open to all. We should give full play to the exemplary leading role of * * * party member and * * League members in volunteer service, mobilize public servants and public figures to actively participate in volunteer service activities, unite volunteer service organizations and volunteers from all walks of life, gather all volunteer forces, and let people feel the warmth of society.

Neighborhood watch starts from daily life. Volunteer service is omnipotent, so let's start with the little things in daily life. When others encounter difficulties, take the initiative to help; When the society needs help, we should actively contribute, be kind and loving, and gather together bit by bit to integrate volunteer service into our lives.
