2. Mainly refer to the scoring rules of the Quantitative Assessment Form for Organizational Life and the activity materials submitted by each branch.

3. The attendance record of the League branch secretary at the usual League branch meeting will also be used as a reference for selection.

4. The organization department will select two outstanding League branches at the end of the month.
