In the past year, as the construction manager of the construction site, according to the requirements of the company and leaders, I completed the seismic strengthening construction management of the dormitory building of 64 th regiment primary school and the teaching building of 64 th regiment Yifu on time and with good quality.

1, construction management

As a construction worker, I have been working next to a company's cup-making project for the past year, which has given me great pressure in terms of construction quality, construction progress and site management. The quality of my work is no longer a personal problem, which directly affects the reputation and future development of our project department. Therefore, in this year's construction, we must carefully study the construction drawings and construction specifications to ensure the construction quality. At the same time, it is necessary to record the construction points, construction methods and punishment regulations, so as to ensure that the technical disclosure is not leaking, and try to predict and solve it in advance. In view of some key problems, specific requirements should be put forward to the construction team leader at the early stage of construction, with special emphasis on the seriousness of the problems, and the requirements in the specification should be patiently explained to them. Before construction, I will know the material reserve and personnel preparation in detail, and make full preparations for the next construction process. In the process of construction, I strictly follow the PVCA scheme. In the process of construction, I constantly patrol the construction site, check the key construction conditions, control the construction quality, solve the contradictions between the construction teams, and solve the problems in the field construction process, thus ensuring the construction progress in management.

2. Data management

Information: according to the progress of the project image, timely sort out the construction records, setting-out records, weighing records and witness records, assist the librarians to complete the inspection lot acceptance records, and ask the resident engineer to sign and seal in time to make the construction data consistent with the actual construction date and meet the requirements of data sorting.

Second, the problems existing in the work

1. Because of inexperience, I am indecisive in speaking and doing things, and I don't consider the problem comprehensively enough. Blindly listening to the opinions of the construction team and drawing conclusions without a clearer and more detailed analysis of the incident have caused unnecessary losses. In management, there is no severe punishment for teams that don't listen to instructions and do things according to requirements. Over time, individual construction teams will be lucky, so that the management is out of control in the later management work, which leads to difficulties in work arrangement and on-site management. In the future management work, we must first make clear our own position, give full play to the leading role of the project manager in the construction site, make clear the rewards and punishments for the construction team, form a leadership method centered on the project department, and never be soft on those construction teams who don't listen to the instructions, implement strict punishment and establish construction prestige.

2, in terms of construction technology, due to the lack of construction experience. In the construction site, we can't find the problems in the construction accurately and quickly, and we can't use the construction drawings and construction specifications flexibly and skillfully, which derails the actual construction process from the theoretical construction, that is, we can't achieve the expected construction effect, which complicates the construction procedure and increases the construction cost. This taught me that I must not do whatever I want in the future construction process. I must be familiar with the construction drawings and construction specifications carefully and master them well, so as to better apply the construction specifications to the site construction.

3. In the process of engineering quantity calculation, due to carelessness, there are often omissions and omissions in the calculation, and the calculation formula is chaotic, which leads to inaccurate calculation results and great differences in calculation results. In the future calculation of engineering quantity, I will check the drawings in detail, and don't let go of any detail or dead angle of construction, and list detailed tables, write the calculation part clearly, list the calculation method and list the calculation formula in detail, so that no matter how long it takes, no matter who can understand my calculation method, they can accurately find out the calculation errors and make the budget accurate.

Although the above problems have not affected the acceptance of the project, I feel that I have not fulfilled my duties as a technician and will strive to do better in my future work.
