Home cooking method of fried tofu balls
Spare ingredients: tofu 1 box, half carrot, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, and starch 1 tablespoon.
1. The tofu is crushed with a spoon, the onion is cut into pieces, and the carrot is twisted into filaments and chopped. Mix these three kinds together, chop 2 eggs, add pepper powder, a little salt and a little oyster sauce.
2. Then add some light soy sauce and mix well. Put flour and starch into the stuffing according to the ratio of 2: 1, pour in a spoonful of cooking oil and stir well.
3. The mixed tofu stuffing is a little wet and sticky, not too dry. Add oil to the pot, heat it, put on disposable gloves and knead the tofu stuffing into small balls with uniform size.
4. Heat the oil to 70% heat, put it into meatballs and start frying. Just put it in the pot, don't turn it over. After fixing, turn it gently with a colander and fry it until golden brown.
5. meatballs can be eaten directly when they are out of the pot, but they prefer crispy ones. Heat the oil temperature, add the fried meatballs 10 second, and then quickly take out the pot.
