Ingredients: 300 grams of dried soybeans.
Accessories: water 1400g, rice vinegar 40ml.
Step 1: Soak soybeans for one night in advance.
Step 2: Grind soybean milk in a blender.
Step 3: skim off the floating foam on the surface of soybean milk.
Step 4: Filter the soybean milk.
Step 5: Cook the soybean milk, stirring constantly while cooking, so as not to paste the bottom of the pot.
Step 6: Turn off the heat after the soybean milk is cooked, let it stand for ten minutes and then slowly pour 40 ml of rice vinegar.
Step 7: Stir until the soybean milk is caked.
Step 8: Pour the soybean milk into the tofu box.
Step 9: Cover it.
Step 10: Press the heavy object for about half an hour.
Step 11: demoulding, and tofu is finished.
