What food can yeast make?

Steamed steamed bread.

First of all, ingredients

300g medium gluten flour and 3g yeast powder.

Warm water 150g, sugar 10g (even without sugar).

Second, practice.

1. Put the flour and sugar into a bowl and mix well.

2. Melt the yeast with 150g warm water (enough water at room temperature in summer), pour it into flour, stir it into a flocculent shape, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and wake it up to twice its size.

3. After waking up, sprinkle dry flour on the panel to prevent sticking, take out the dough and knead it on the panel. Knead for a while, and drain the air in the dough until peeling appears on the dough surface.

4. Knead into long strips and cut into the same size. If you want to make a round steamed bread, knead the sliced steamed bread into a round shape.

5. Let the steamed bread stand for about 15 minutes, and extend it appropriately in winter. When the steamed bread swells, it can be put into a preheated steamer and burned on a big fire for 10 minutes. After steam is constantly emitted from the gap in the lid, turn to low heat and steam for 3 minutes to turn off the heat.
