The Importance of Traditional Culture [Research on the Integration Mode of Traditional Culture and Professional Culture of Higher Vocational Students]

China's traditional culture has a long history and is profound. Its basic characteristics of "governing the mind with Buddhism, governing the body with Taoism, and governing the world with Confucianism" have exerted a subtle influence on the life and work of China people from generation to generation, inspiring them to constantly strive for self-improvement. However, due to the influence of economic globalization and value diversification, the integration of professional culture and traditional culture in the industrialized era is facing an arduous test. There are different opinions on how to modernize traditional culture and become a new spiritual force. The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee clearly put forward to "build an excellent traditional culture inheritance system", "strengthen the excavation and interpretation of the ideological value of excellent traditional culture and safeguard the basic elements of national culture". Therefore, it is necessary to take the opportunity of inheriting traditional culture to promote its integration with professional culture and enhance the professional quality of higher vocational students.

First, the main spiritual characteristics of traditional culture

(A) the unity of man and nature

"Harmony between man and nature" is the general feature and the most fundamental viewpoint of China's traditional culture, and it is the starting point and destination of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. It emphasizes the unity and coordination between man and nature, and the consistency between man's moral reason and natural reason. Confucianism pays attention to human spiritual value, aims at the harmony between man and nature, understands its nature as much as possible, and realizes the value and significance of life in the practice of benevolence. Taoism emphasizes the harmony between man and nature, and requires people to face real life with a broader and more open-minded attitude, transcend material desires, "don't look at themselves, don't be self-centered, don't underestimate themselves", take advantage of the situation, "be logical" and "make contributions because of capital" and achieve great achievements. Buddhists believe that everything in the world is changeable, and only by practicing and eliminating desires can people achieve their true self and the unity of heaven and man. The three points out people's spiritual orientation, aiming at emphasizing how to be a man, which undoubtedly provides a spiritual home for modern people's life and a direction for the development of modern professional culture.

(2) self-improvement.

"Tian Xingjian, the gentleman is constantly striving for self-improvement." People take heaven as an example, work hard and make positive progress. This is the spiritual pillar and powerful driving force for the 5,000-year development of the Chinese nation. It requires taking virtue, making contributions and making statements as the goal, actively joining the WTO, cultivating self-cultivation, consciously strengthening one's moral cultivation, consciously learning, relying on oneself to be strong, and "being self-aware and self-strong". At the same time, we must have great wisdom. Can foresee both ends of things, see the light in adversity, and be flexible; In good times, we can be prepared for danger in times of peace, take the initiative to grasp the law, follow the trend, respond to the opportunity, and achieve prosperity. Self-discipline, self-examination, perseverance, sincerity, self-cultivation, self-discipline, persistent practice and appropriate relaxation can successfully establish a foothold in the world, have a promising future, have a position, and realize "being a saint inside and being a king outside."

(3) Effectiveness and durability

Attaching importance to harmony and adhering to the doctrine of the mean is the spirit that goes deep into the marrow of the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, and it is also the main expression of simple dialectics in the real life of China people for thousands of years. It emphasizes harmony and peace, just right, just right, not extreme. Confucianism advocates the use of courtesy, harmony is the most important, and pays attention to the harmony between people; Taoism pursues the harmony between man and nature, man's body and mind, follows the Tao, moves people with reason, and establishes a natural and harmonious order of governing the country; Mohism advocates mutual love and mutual benefit, and advocates the harmony between individual and society, morality and utility. These golden mean are brilliant arts with high moral realm and political wisdom. The doctrine of the mean is to warn people to do their jobs well, always remember their identity and responsibilities, abide by their duties, be versatile, have laws to follow, weigh and grasp interests, balance various forces, choose the most appropriate and suitable way, and reach a higher level. We must be timely, timely, seize the opportunity, act properly, and adapt to the times. Only by using both can we win in the workplace.

Two, the basic content of traditional culture and professional culture integration education

Traditional culture and professional culture belong to different sub-items under culture, but under the platform of modern society, the professional cultural literacy education of college students, especially higher vocational students, can be organically integrated. That is, from the perspective of general knowledge, the system, customs and ethics of professional society and professional units are summarized and integrated.

professional ethics

Professional ethics is the core content of professional culture and the concrete embodiment of social leading morality in professional life. Morality is the core of traditional culture. "The road to politics, together with punishment, people are free and shameless; Tao is virtuous, qi is polite, and shame is combined. " With the active entry of Confucianism into the WTO, we should improve our personal moral cultivation through introspection, self-cultivation, re-study and practice, so as to save the world or protect ourselves and keep our duty. In the view of justice and benefit, a gentleman loves money, takes it wisely and sticks to the moral bottom line. For example, Mohist school's "morality, argument, morality" and "love each other and complement each other". All-round development of morality, language and Taoism, promoting advantages and eliminating disadvantages with the spirit of scientific practice. For example, Taoism "does things with virtue and goes with the flow" and Legalism "takes selfishness as righteousness" to strengthen professional ethics and enhance professional image.

(2) Professional norms

Professional norms refer to the rules, systems and standards that must be observed in the profession. No rules can make Fiona Fang. Practitioners should understand policies, observe discipline and form a high degree of consciousness on the basis of basically the same interests, beliefs and goals. Confucianism's "self-denial" and "worthy of the name" and Legalism's "learning of punishment names" aim to emphasize the observance of post responsibilities and systems and conscious work. Learn from Taoism, "Taoism is natural", "doing" in a "inaction" way, and let it die and do anything. When studying Confucianism, you should be sensitive to what you say, do not go beyond the rules of the workplace, act moderately, grasp the sense of proportion, and achieve "power without violence", "Thailand without arrogance", "harmony without conflict", "desire without greed", "joy without lewdness", "sorrow without injury", "labor without complaint" and "pain without complaint"

(3) Professional mentality

Professional mentality is the psychological reaction of practitioners to professional activities. College students who are new to the workplace are not familiar with the professional environment, and often regard their personal mentality as their professional mentality, which leads to their inability to be better qualified for the workplace. Therefore, to make full use of the advantages of the integration of traditional culture and professional culture, we should educate college students to have the mentality of "single-mindedness", "knowledge of books and principles", "taking advantage of each other" and "knowing ourselves and knowing ourselves, fighting a hundred battles", and correctly understand their own virtues, abilities, advantages and disadvantages, without arrogance and rashness. "In a threesome, there must be a teacher", and you can learn modestly, consciously and actively. "Three provinces a day", learn to reflect. "Inside and outside the circle", unite as one and get along with others. "Love each other, mutual benefit", be kind to others, and tolerate cooperation. "The benevolent Leshan, the wise enjoy the water", know how to give up, obey the overall situation, and achieve a win-win situation in service, learning and dedication.

Third, vocational college students' traditional culture and professional culture integration education methods

The integration education of traditional culture and professional culture of higher vocational students is a systematic project. We should not only explore ideas, platforms and modes, but also explore traditional education methods in order to cultivate more and better talents.

(A) to strengthen the cultivation of teachers' traditional cultural literacy

What and how to train people depends entirely on teachers. The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges needs to have three functions: high knowledge, high morality and high technology. However, in recent years, the moral quality of higher vocational teachers is not optimistic. Learning high is the norm, and teachers' morality is the best. The attitude towards students, colleagues, work and society is the basic expression of teachers' moral quality. Love, responsibility and fairness embody their personality charm and academic charm, and their traditional cultural accumulation. Therefore, teachers' traditional cultural accomplishment is very important. If teachers' own traditional cultural literacy is not enough, it will have a great impact on students' professional skills. Schools should strengthen the study and education of traditional cultural knowledge in the construction of campus cultural environment, so that teachers can accumulate traditions, be familiar with the times, know everything, have both ability and political integrity, and organically enlighten students inside and outside the classroom, thus improving their professional quality.

(B) Inheriting the Confucian educational concept: "adult" education

In traditional culture, Confucian educational thought has a great influence on later generations. Therefore, from the source of Confucius' Confucian education, the primary point of the integration education of traditional culture and professional culture is "adult" and "morality". With benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith as the core, we should adopt educational methods such as teaching all students in the world, tirelessly teaching them in accordance with their aptitude, inspiring and inducing them, paying equal attention to learning and thinking, combining teaching with learning, step by step, returning from doctoral positions, taking pleasure in determination, and teaching by example, so that they can have different ages, personalities, hobbies and behaviors.

In a word, traditional culture education and vocational culture education are a system. We must practice "make the past serve the present, bring forth the new, pay equal attention to protection and utilization, and pay equal attention to popularization and popularization" in teaching and management, so as to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges and promote cultural development, scientific and technological progress and social progress.
