How to dry shredded radish?

1. Put the bought white radish into a basin or sink, then put water until the radish is submerged, and soak for about 10~ 15 minutes.

2. Scrub the white radish with a dish cloth. If there is unevenness, you can brush it with a toothbrush and then rinse it with clean water.

3. After all the white radishes are rinsed, start to cut the head and tail, and cut off the places that are not easy to clean. If necessary, you can scrape them with a paring knife.

4. After all the white radishes are cut clean, cut them into thin slices with the thickness of about 1 cm. Pay attention to press the radish tightly on the chopping block with your left hand to prevent slipping and cutting your hand.

5. Put 3~4 sliced radishes together, and then cut them into radish strips with a width of about 1 cm (that is, square strips with a width of 1* 1 cm). If the radish is irregular, cut it with the trend, and you can cut it slightly obliquely.

6. After all the white radishes are cut into strips, put them in the outdoor ventilated yard or on the windowsill outside the balcony (spread under the dried radishes with breathable curtains or perforated cartons) and dry them for about 5 days.
