Traditional letter format template

According to the usual custom, the letter format mainly includes five parts: title, body, ending, signature and date. Details are as follows:

1. Address: Also known as "the beginning", it is the address of the recipient. The address should be written in the top box of the first line of stationery, followed by ":",and no more after the colon. Address and signature should correspond, and the relationship between yourself and the recipient should be clear. Some can also add certain qualifications and modifiers, such as "dear".

2. Greetings: The most common ones are "Hello" and "How are you recently", which are written on the next line of the salutation, with two spaces in front to separate the paragraphs, and cannot be followed directly, otherwise it will violate the requirements of single meaning and become a polysemous paragraph.

3. Text: What the writer wants to say is the main body of the letter, which can be written in several paragraphs. It can be reply, persuasion, expression, polite decline, congratulations and condolences, or narrative reasoning and refutation. Be organized and structured.

4. Congratulations: As the end of the letter, take the most common "greetings" and "salutations" as examples. There are two ways to write this letter: first, there are no other paragraphs and punctuation marks immediately after the text; The second is to write two spaces under the text. "Salute" is written on the next line of "From here", and an exclamation point is added after the top line to show sincerity and strength.

5. Signature and date: the author's name is written on the right side of a blank line or two below the eulogy. It is best to write down the relationship with the recipient before the name of the writer, such as the son ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××

6. If you forget to write anything, you can write "Attached" in a blank line and two spaces below the date, and then write the unfinished items on a new line.
