History of Qingyan Garden in Huai'an City

Qingyan Garden, which was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty for more than 300 years, is the only well-protected classical garden in Huai'an City, and also the only preserved official garden in the history of China's waterways. According to the Records of Qinghe County, Qingyan Park, was once named Huaiyuan, Zhanyuan, Liyuan, and Chengnan Park. Chengnan Park name for the longest time, since October 1, 1991 onwards, only to be restored to the "Qingyan Park" ancient name. Inside the park, pavilions, terraces, buildings, pavilions, rockeries are scattered, winding paths, promenades, flowing water cycle, flowers and trees in all seasons, beautiful and elegant.
