Why doesn't Shandong introduce some mobile phone computer manufacturing industries?

Shandong does not introduce some mobile phone computer manufacturing industries for the following reasons.

1, Shandong's economic base is heavy industry, with heavy industry as the core to form industrial clusters, which is inconsistent with the survival soil of the early consumer Internet, and the later industrial Internet may look like it.

2. Shandong's traditional thinking affects all aspects from the government to the people. Institutions and state-owned enterprises are the first choice, and Internet enterprises are private enterprises and are not recognized by the society.

3. The treatment of white-collar workers in private enterprises in Shandong is worrying. There is no basic guarantee for five insurances, one gold and two weekends. The salary is too low for people to come. Talents in Shandong Province have no chance to come back.

4. There is no overall planning for industrial development, no guiding fund, no pioneering park, no internet knowledge and technology platform, and no property rights trading and financing platform.
