The difference between Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan family-style kungfu frame and the old one.
Many "experts" who practice the old rack have to admit that the old rack is a simplified Tai Ji Chuan rack, but they throw another way, claiming that the old rack is the foundation, and only after practicing the old rack can they practice a new rack or a kung fu rack. Was it necessary for Chen to practice boxing behind closed doors at home before? It's a set of boxing, so where did it come from? Its intentions can be seen! It is nonsense to say that kung fu is not suitable for the elderly, but only for the young.
As mentioned above, the difference between Kung Fu frame, new frame and old frame is only that the training system is incomplete. I can't bear to see many friends who practice Tai Ji Chuan crying because of their knees, which is the result of being fooled by "masters". Tai Ji Chuan's training is a systematic project. Without a complete training system, it is difficult to work hard and easy to make mistakes. This is why many "masters" and so-called "Tai Ji Chuan champions" practice boxing until the last knee surgery. These problems can actually be avoided, as long as the methods are right and there is a complete training system.
Taiji is a family in the world. I don't want to cause a quarrel. I just want to help beginners distinguish right from wrong. I hope Tai Ji Chuan can develop in the right direction and benefit the public.
