Fire prevention measures for construction of anticorrosive rubber lining of absorption tower 1. 1. Strengthen safety management (1) The project department shall hold a special meeting on fire safety of anti-corrosion rubber lining of absorption tower, examine and approve the fire prevention scheme and safety measures of anti-corrosion rubber lining, and implement the fire prevention responsibility to units, departments and personnel. (2) The safety officer and project engineer of the project department shall provide technical disclosure, safety education and training on anti-corrosion and rubber-lined special fire safety for all construction personnel, and require all employees to sign. 1.2. The construction area should be completely closed (1). Strict closed isolation measures should be taken in the construction area with anti-corrosion lining, and entrances and exits of 1 and above should be set. (2) Strictly implement the system of access to the rubber lining construction area, arrange special personnel to be on duty, and obtain access certificates. Use explosion-proof electrical appliances for rubber lining construction. 24 V explosion-proof lamp must be used for lighting in absorption tower, and new soft rubber cable must be used for power cord. The power control switch must be explosion-proof and should be set outside the absorption tower or flue. 1.5. All openings of the absorption tower are blocked, and fire is prohibited around (1). Before the rubber lining construction of the absorption tower, the manhole, nozzle and flue gas inlet and outlet on the absorption tower must be blocked to prevent welding sparks and other kindling from falling into the absorption tower from the flue gas inlet and outlet, manhole and pipeline interface. When the absorption tower is lined with rubber, it is forbidden to use hot work within the range of 10m, and it is forbidden to use hot work near the flue gas inlet and outlet of the absorption tower. When hot work is needed, the flue inlet and outlet of the absorption tower must be tightly sealed with colored steel plates or fire-proof canvas. (2) When hot work is needed around the absorption tower 10m, the hot work ticket system must be strictly implemented, fire extinguishers, fire hoses and fire guardians should be prepared in advance, and measures should be taken before hot work can be started. 1.6. Ventilation absorption tower should be equipped with ventilation fans with sufficient capacity to ensure good ventilation in the absorption tower. 1.7. In the absorption tower, reduce the rubber and glue used for flammable rubber lining operation, and take as much as you need, generally control it at about 5 barrels, and do not pile up. 1.8. Hold fire training and set up a voluntary fire brigade. Before the construction of rubber lining, the project department will organize all employees to carry out fire-fighting training and drills, focusing on the use of fire-fighting equipment and personnel escape drills.
