Article 5 of the Quality and Safety Commitment 1, the warranty period of the contract goods is calculated from the site acceptance and put into operation, and the warranty period is 12 months.
We guarantee that the contract goods provided are brand-new and unused. We guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the contract goods under the conditions of correct installation and normal operation. During the quality guarantee period, if the contract goods provided by us are found to be defective and inconsistent with the contract, the buyer may lodge a claim with us. We repair, replace or compensate the buyer's losses according to the buyer's requirements. If replacement is needed, we will replace it with qualified and high-quality products in time. All expenses arising therefrom will be borne by us. If we have any objection to the claim, we will put forward it in writing within 7 days after receiving the buyer's claim notice, otherwise it will be regarded as acknowledging the buyer's claim. During the quality guarantee period, if the contract goods are stopped due to our responsibility to repair or replace defective equipment, the quality guarantee period shall be recalculated after we eliminate the defects, and all losses (including but not limited to related tests, experiments, expert consultation, transportation, installation and other expenses caused by equipment quality) shall be borne by us. If the parts of the contract goods are found to be defective within the warranty period, but the normal operation of the contract goods will not be affected, the warranty period of the repaired or replaced parts will be recalculated.
4. The end of the quality guarantee period cannot be regarded as the release of our responsibility for potential defects that may cause damage to the contract goods. During the service life of the contract goods, if there are potential defects in the contract goods, the buyer has the right to ask us to repair or replace the defective contract goods and the same batch of contract goods in time at the cost price.
We guarantee that the contract goods will be correctly installed, operated, maintained and run normally during the service life. We promise that the service life of the contract goods will not be less than 20 years.
6. During the service life of the contract goods, when we find potential defects or principled errors in the contract goods, we will inform the buyer in writing as soon as possible.
7. For the contract goods, we use mature technology and materials that have been proved to be correct by operating experience; If we adopt new technologies and materials that have not been used in the past, we should get the buyer's consent in advance. The buyer's consent does not relieve or exempt us from our responsibilities under this contract. We should be responsible for all quality problems of equipment and components purchased from subcontractors.
8. If the contract goods provided by us are defective, or the contract goods are scrapped or the project is reworked due to technical data errors or the guidance of our technicians, we shall immediately replace them free of charge or compensate the buyer for the losses incurred. If it is necessary to replace the contract goods, we will bear all the expenses arising from the replacement at the installation site, including but not limited to the cost of new goods, the cost of transporting new goods to the installation site and the cost of handling the replaced goods. The time limit for replacing or repairing the contract goods shall be as agreed by both parties. If the replacement or repair work is not completed within the time limit, it shall be treated as delayed delivery.
9. If the buyer fails to install, operate or maintain the contract goods according to the technical data, drawings and instructions provided by us, or the contract goods are damaged due to reasons other than our technicians, the buyer shall be responsible for repairing and replacing them, but we are obliged to provide the parts that need to be replaced as soon as possible. For the urgent parts required by the buyer, we will arrange to transport them in the fastest way, and all expenses will be borne by the buyer.
10. During the period from the delivery date of the contract goods to the end of the quality guarantee period, if the contract goods provided by us are found to be defective and inconsistent with this contract, the buyer has the right to choose, and we need to take the following remedial measures:

We repair the non-conforming contract goods (including returning to the factory for repair) to make them meet the contract requirements, and the expenses shall be borne by us. Unless the buyer agrees, the repair work should be completed within 30 days.

10.3 returns
The buyer returns the defective contract goods to us, and we are responsible for transporting the returned contract goods out of the installation site. In this case, we should refund the payment received under the contract and bear the buyer's expenses, such as the difference in installation, disassembly, transportation, insurance and purchase of substitutes.
10.4 price reduction
On the premise of the agreement between the buyer and the seller, we will reduce the price of the defective contract goods, and we will return the difference between the original contract price and the reduced price of the defective contract goods to the buyer.
10.5 compensation for losses
Unless otherwise agreed, we will compensate the buyer for the losses caused by the defects of the contract goods.
The buyer's choice of any of the above remedies cannot reduce or exempt our liability for breach of contract under this contract.
