6, the provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping geographic information is the B, C, D level surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority, responsible for accepting and reviewing B, C, D level surveying and mapping qualification applications and making administrative licensing decisions; Responsible for accepting the application for Grade A surveying and mapping qualification and putting forward the preliminary examination opinions.

7, the provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping geographic information can be entrusted with the conditions of the municipal administrative department of Surveying and mapping geographic information accepted within their respective administrative areas of B, C and D Surveying and mapping qualification applications and put forward preliminary opinions; You can entrust qualified administrative departments of surveying and mapping geographic information at the county level to accept applications for Grade D surveying and mapping qualifications within their respective administrative areas and put forward preliminary opinions.

Second, the engineering survey class C standard:

6. Surveying and mapping and related majors: 8 people (intermediate 3);

7, surveying and mapping equipment:

(1) 3 GPS receivers (more than 5 mm+1)GPS accuracy);

(3) Grade 2 (accuracy above S3);

General standards refer to standards that are uniformly applicable to various professional fields.

Professional standards include geodesy, surveying and mapping aerial photography, photogrammetry and remote sensing, geographic information system engineering, engineering survey, real estate surveying and mapping, marine surveying and mapping, map compilation, navigation electronic map making and Internet map service.

The adjusted local standards shall not be higher than the assessment conditions of the higher level of this standard, nor lower than the assessment conditions of the lower level of this standard, and shall not modify the professional scope and professional sub-items, assessment indicators and operational boundaries, or break through the provisions of the general standards. The adjusted standards shall be reported to the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information for the record.

Surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority shall improve the maintenance mechanism of Surveying and mapping qualification management information system, realize online acceptance and examination of administrative license of Surveying and mapping qualification, facilitate the management of the relative person, improve administrative efficiency and enhance management ability.
