How to make cheese

Cheese making materials:

Ingredients: 500g milk.

Accessories: 20g sunflower seeds and 20g raisins.

How to make cheese:

1. Fresh milk is heated to about 80 degrees;

2. Cool the milk to below 20 degrees from the fire, and then add sugar to dissolve it;

3. Add a proper amount of rice wine, put it in a bowl, bake it in the oven at 80 degrees, and take it out and put it in the refrigerator after the milk is completely solidified;

4. Sprinkle melon seeds and raisins to eat at any time.

Method for making plum garden cheese

1. Put 500ml milk into a lunch box (the thicker the milk, the better) and heat it in the microwave for two minutes. Take it out and put some sugar in it. The temperature is just right for drinking. If it is too hot, it will react with fermented grains.

2. Mix well with the mash of Daoxiang Village 150ml.

3. Put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and punch holes in the film (there should not be too few holes, otherwise the steam will not run out).

4. After standing for one hour, put it in a steamer and steam it for about 15 minutes, then it can be cooked by ordinary fire (or baked in a microwave oven for 16~ 18 minutes, and never use the barbecue function).

5. Don't open the lid, let it cool naturally, and then put it in the refrigerator.
