Three ways of serving table tennis.

There are three ways to serve table tennis: forehand flat serve, backhand flat serve and backhand urgent serve.

1, flat forehand serve

Stand as close to the table as possible. When throwing the ball, the racket is pulled back and stands slightly horizontally. When the ball falls from a high point to a position slightly higher than the net, the upper part of the ball hits the left front. It is the most basic service method for beginners and the basis for mastering other complex services. It is easy for opponents to catch back and connect forehand attack or backhand push.

2, backhand flat serve

The left hand throws the ball upward, and the right arm rotates outward, so that the racket face leans forward slightly and leads the racket to the left and right rear. When the ball falls from a high point to a position slightly higher than the net, the upper half of the ball hits the right front. The nature of the ball is similar to the forehand flat serve, but the whole technical action is very different from it, mainly to lay the foundation for mastering high-quality backhand serve in the future.

Step 3 serve backhand

The left hand throws the ball upward, and the right arm rotates outward, so that the racket face leans forward slightly, and the upper arm naturally approaches the left side of the body, leading the racket to the left and rear. When the ball falls from a high point to below the height of the net, hit the upper left of the ball. At the moment of touching the ball, the forearm accelerates to swing to the upper right, the wrist controls the racket to rub the ball and the waist rotates to the right.
