Huxian traditional roushaozi daquan
Prepare seasoning noodles, spicy noodles (according to personal taste), minced onion and ginger, garlic cloves and cooking wine.

Stir-fry sheep oil, add ginger slices and pepper, and stir-fry the oil until fragrant.
Then clean up all the impurities in the oil.
Add onion, ginger and mutton in the pot and stir-fry for a while.
Stir-fry for three minutes, then add cooking wine and salt, then add 450 ml of hot water and stew for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, add garlic cloves and onion foam (second addition) and stew for another 5 minutes.
The mutton is taken out of the pot, kept in the refrigerator with a fresh-keeping box, and taken when eating. Add the dishes you want to eat and heat them.
