The research proposal of this thesis is to review, summarize and apply the results of relevant theories and empirical studies inside and outside of W. Based on my practical experience in PE post-investment management projects, and combining with the research of public information of PE invested enterprises listed on the Shenzhen GEM board, I will analyze the status quo of PE post-investment financial risk management and control in the domestic market, and the areas and directions for improvement, and then explore feasible Then, we will explore feasible solutions and methodological framework.

In the following, I will make a general introduction to you from the purpose of the dissertation, the structure of the content, the shortcomings of three aspects, I implore you to criticize and guide you.

First of all, in terms of purpose and significance, this paper introduces the theory of real options into the evaluation process of urban rail transit project investment decision-making, with the aim of improving the evaluation method and system of rail transit construction investment projects, and through the improvement of the evaluation means, the value of the rail transit project can be more accurately calculated and evaluated, which in turn can help the construction side of the rail transit project to carry out scientific decision-making.

Currently, there are fewer studies related to the application of real options theory to the investment evaluation of urban rail transit projects, and the results of this paper can be used as a new idea to evaluate the theory of the value of urban rail transit projects with the investor as the main body, and at the same time, provide theoretical support for the choice of decision-making methods, which is of certain significance to the development of the field of rail transit infrastructure construction in China.

The second chapter is a systematic exposition of urban rail transit projects and investment decision-making methods. Among them, the description of rail transit projects includes the introduction, classification and characteristics of urban rail transit, focusing on the analysis of the economic characteristics and investment characteristics of rail transit projects, in order to pave the way for the next step of the research. In the overview of investment decision-making methods, traditional project evaluation methods and real options methods are analyzed and compared. 2, in the construction of deferred option pricing model, failed to accurately get the time of deferred option, and quantify it into a formula for calculation, to the project to determine the decision-making operation timing to bring more inconvenience, which is the project itself is determined by the characteristics of uncertainty.

3, failed to consider the existence of other competitors in the game model. In this paper, the construction of deferred option pricing model and case validation are based on the basic assumption that there is only one investor, but in practice there are often multiple investors to compete, so it needs to be further constructed and validated on the game characteristics and model.

Indeed, Jin Yong novels not only show us the fastidiousness of chivalry, but also borrow the society of Jianghu to make the characters free from the traditional society or less bound by the social system.
