Seat management system of library study room

In order to ensure that every reader can use the seats in the library study room fairly and improve the utilization rate of seats, the library has specially formulated a seat management system. Please observe the following rules and maintain the order of the study room.

Registered seat

Please register in the registration room, which is the basis for ensuring the rights and interests of every reader.

Priority of use

Every reader has the priority to use the seat of his choice. Once the seat is selected successfully, it can be used within the specified time limit. If you encounter any disputes, you can always check your registration records in the registration room or seek the assistance of the library staff.

Desktop culture

In the process of using the chair, you can develop a unique "desktop culture", such as placing small bookshelves, small desk lamps, planting small potted plants, and even raising small fish to make the study room more lively and interesting.

Cleanliness and hygiene

When you leave your seat, please make sure that the desktop and table edge are clean and tidy. Please put back the books that have not been lent out. In order to maintain indoor order, please don't throw things about. Please take care of your valuables. If you lose them, you are responsible.

Temporary seat

If the reader who receives the seat leaves temporarily, other readers can sit down and study temporarily. But when the seat owner comes back, other readers need to offer their seats voluntarily.

We hope that every reader can consciously abide by these rules. If there is any violation, such as using someone else's campus card, not confirming the seat within the specified time, not completing the sanitation when leaving, etc., it will be recorded as 1 violation. Those who violate the rules for three times will be blacklisted and will not be able to study in this study room for seven days. Violation records will be cleared 1 time every winter and summer vacation. Let's work together to create a harmonious and orderly self-study environment!
