Blow oil angle.

Fried oil angle is a traditional snack in southern Fujian and Guangdong. Generally, black and pink will only appear on holidays. It looks a bit like jiaozi and the wallet, symbolizing that the wallet is bulging and round.

The main ingredients used in frying oil angle are low flour, eggs, lard (vegetable oil), sugar and water. Different places taste different, and the raw materials used are different.

Other Brief Introduction to Bombing oil angle

It used to be a big project to package oil angle. Several adults nearby sat together and kept "pinching" the dough in their hands. Occasionally, a child wrapped a grotesque or pig-shaped or monkey king-shaped one and held it up: "Look at this one I wrapped." Adults and children laughed.

Now there is a special mold, the dough is spread on the mold, the stuffing is scooped in and kneaded into a ball, and a standardized oil angle production is born. Although it is much more convenient, it also lacks the fun of pinching corners.

It is said that when oil angle was bombed, the elders at home would drive the children out of the kitchen, because if the children said something wrong in front of them, oil angle would leak the stuffing and stick a little burnt stuffing on each oil angle. The children had to sit outside and wait until the adults took out one or two ugly oil angle. Although everyone wants to eat freshly baked food, none of those golden crispy oil angle are allowed to move. They should be hung high and eaten after the festival.
