Preservation method of tulip flower arrangement

Re-trimming the stems, inserting the cut flowers into 15 to 20 centimeters deep water, wrapping the flower heads in plastic wrap, and hydrating them at room temperature can make the tulip cut flowers firmer. Flower arrangements should be placed in a cool, windless environment, not near a fireplace. Tulips are phototropic, and indoor light should be evenly distributed so as not to cause stem bending.　

Tulips can be stored dry (placed horizontally) or wet storage (placed vertically) at a temperature of 2 ℃, the flower head tightly wrapped in plastic film, but should not be long-term storage. Some varieties are harvested together with the bulbs at the green bud stage, and can be stored at a temperature of 0 ℃ for 2 to 3 weeks. Cut flowers stored at a temperature of 2 ℃, the longest vase life.
