2023 Dragon Boat Race Schedule

The 2023 Dragon Boat Races are scheduled for April through November 2023.

This refers to the 2023 China Open Dragon Boat Championships, which will be scheduled to be held from April to November 2023 in various locations, with the finals to be held on Nov. 18-19, 2023 in Nanping, Fujian. Founded in 2011, the China Open Dragon Boat Championships is a branded series of events focused on by the China Dragon Boat Association.

The 2023 China Dragon Boat Open (Guizhou-Tongren-Bijiang Station) and Chinese Traditional Dragon Boat Competition is proposed to be held on June 21 to June 22 (Dragon Boat Festival) at the Dragon Boat Base of Daming Biancheng, Bijiang District, Tongren City, with about 60 teams and more than 2,600 participants.

The final list of participants of the 2023 China Dragon Boat Open (Hunan-Yongzhou Station) is scheduled to be held in June 2023 (Hunan-Yongzhou Station).

Competition Program

The Dragon Boat Open is divided into 3 groups are men's group, women's group and mass group (specialty dragon boat group). There will be 20 top professional teams and 12 local teams from all over the country gathering in Fuling River, cutting through the waves and competing together.

Competition items, the men's group has 22 people dragon boat 100 meters, 200 meters, 500 meters straight race as well as 3000 meters around the standard race, the women's group has 12 people dragon boat 100 meters, 200 meters, 500 meters straight race, the mass group has 22 people dragon boat (12 people dragon boat) 100 meters, 200 meters, 500 meters straight race or according to the actual establishment of the characteristics of the dragon boat to determine the competition items.
