Principle of antibody production
First, foreign bodies in vitro enter the body and pass through the first two layers of defense (non-specific immunity, that is, skin, mucus and lysozyme). Then the foreign body is swallowed by macrophages, and the antigen active substance is exposed on the surface after being treated by macrophages. After macrophages are presented, B cells come into contact with antigens, and antigen receptors on the surface of B cells are stimulated by antigen active substances on the surface of foreign bodies. B cells began to proliferate and differentiate, some differentiated into plasma cells, and some differentiated into memory cells. Plasma cells secrete specific antibodies. The essence of antibody is immunoglobulin.
