Measures for the administration of qualifications of rural construction craftsmen

Article 1 In order to strengthen the qualification management of rural craftsmen, maintain the market order of rural construction and ensure the quality of rural construction projects, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Planning and Construction of Villages and Market Towns.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to construction craftsmen engaged in housing construction activities in villages and towns.

Article 3 The term "construction craftsmen" as mentioned in these Measures refers to individuals with certain qualifications who independently or jointly contract village and town projects within the prescribed scope for business purposes.
