How to make old-fashioned rural tofu?
The main ingredients of old-fashioned rural small tofu are 200 grams of soybeans and 300 grams of white radish (leaves). The auxiliary materials include 50g of vegetable oil, 3g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate, 0g of onion/kloc-0, 5g of ginger, 5g of soy sauce and 5g of sesame oil.
The steps are as follows.
Step 1: wash soybeans, soak them in clear water for one day, and then put them into a blender to grind them into bean powder; Wash radish tassels, blanch with boiling water, and then cut into 1 cm long dices.
Step 2, add vegetable oil into the pot, heat it, put onion and ginger into the pot, that is, add shredded radish and stir fry, then add broth, salt and so on. To cook, put the bean powder evenly on the radish tassel, cover the pot, stew thoroughly with low fire until cooked, add salt and monosodium glutamate, mix well and serve the soup.
Step 3: Mix the soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and chopped green onion evenly, and put them in a small bowl.
