What is meant by traditional festivals
Traditional Chinese festivals are many and varied, and are an integral part of the long history and culture of our Chinese nation. The formation process of traditional festivals is the process of the long-term accumulation and cohesion of the history and culture of a nation or country, and none of the traditional festivals in China have developed from ancient times. From these festivals and customs passed down to the present day, one can still clearly see the wonderful picture of the social life of the ancient people. Since 2008, three new traditional festivals, namely Qingming, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, have been added to the national legal holidays.
