Traditional Chen's Taijiquan basic skills

Bending and splitting, somersaulting and so on that are acrobats, the basic skills of foreign martial arts. In Chen's taijiquan, the practitioner has to stand for three years in the fist style pile work, the purpose is to raise the upper dantian, middle dantian, lower dantian three dan qi.

Three, the right with the power to practice boxing:

Taijiquan, if you only talk about kung fu, do not talk about the playing method, according to my . In my humble opinion, the core of the highly generalized, is no more than two points:

First, in the body of the first practice of the majestic and flexible San Dan Qi (i.e., internal work).

At present, some people's lower dantian is very full, and the operation of the lower dantian and middle dantian is very flexible, but the internal energy can't reach the hands and arms. The power still relies on the explosive power of the muscles.

Frankly speaking, this is the dantian inside the thing in the fight when there is no feeling, to put it bluntly is not used.

One, the inner gas cycle:

The average person practicing martial arts inner work, the inner gas route is the Governor to rise and fall, take a cycle. But this is only a health practice, a way to cultivate yourself, not a way to beat people.

Because according to this route, the internal qi and internal energy is only circulating in their own body, is not out of the body. It can't go outside the body, so it can't become forceful and can't hit people.

Second, the internal gas within the spine by the spine separate run:

We all know that taijiquan in the practice of the body seems to have been in the writhing, which is actually in the activities of the spine, in addition to the previous practice of the Dantian internal qi activities, as far as possible to the spine and the spine within the spine, so that the spine is increasingly strong, which is the convergence of qi into the bones, convergence of qi into the Spine. This is actually caused by the spine bending inward at the waist.

Everyone, if you can do the first step of the first step of the gas sinking Dantian words, you can inhale the stomach can be bulging, this is because the expansion of the inner gas gives the belly an outward force, which makes the belly bulging.

Now you contract this qi towards the waist eye, this qi gives a backward force to the curved spine, this force will make this curvature disappear, is your spine straighten, so that the depression on your waist disappears, and reaches the back support of the life gate.

To get the qi to the four slightly, especially to the fingers slightly, there is a trick to break the above cycle and change the route of the qi.

Simply put, after the internal qi is raised from the coccyx of the dantian to the spine, it no longer travels upward to the Baihui. Instead, the qi goes from the spine along the two shoulder blades to the shoulders, and once the shoulders are loose, it goes to the elbows, and then to the hands.

Originally, the qi came down from Baihui, and when it reached the dantian, the belly bulged out. Now it's that the qi separates from the spine to the shoulders, elbows and hands, and when the qi passes through to the hands, the belly bulges out.

At the beginning of the practice, if you don't have enough gas, you may need to be guided by your mind (I don't advocate the idea, but you should be clear about the route of the internal energy).

The people who have a lot of internal energy can feel it when they do it themselves.

This method of taijiquan is called practicing Ren not practicing Governor, taijiquan let people loose, that is, in order to gas from the spine faster and better to the hands.

In short, this practice can indeed increase the strength of the hands, but after all, he broke the small circumference of the gas route, for the body is not the best choice, this is why the Taoist does not advocate the power to beat people, because killing ten thousand people since the loss of three thousand.

And martial artists in their later years, more or according to the route of the small circumference to luck, do not send force, not to practice gas to power, but to practice gas to God, the gas from the spine up to the hundred will, which is the fundamental reason why martial arts can be into the Taoist, to martial arts into the Taoist.

Traditional Chen's Taijiquan three-step kung fu: "gas infusion into the limbs"

The purpose of the third step of kung fu is to infuse the body's internal gas into the limbs.

A loose shoulder and crotch:

The problem with people practicing boxing in society now is that he doesn't have any internal qi in his body at all, and he hasn't practiced this basic skill. So he can't feel relaxed. Even if he feels relaxed, his limbs don't respond with qi.

For these people, when you need to fight with others, we suggest that you don't relax and fight as hard as you can. Otherwise, when you relax and want to mobilize a more powerful internal qi from your body to use, only to find that you don't have this basic skill in your body, then it will be miserable. It's like drawing a gun but realizing that there are no bullets. It would be better to swing the butt of the gun and smash it.

Is it necessary to wait until the shoulders and hips are completely loose to start practicing taijiquan? Not so, because loose shoulders and hips is a lifelong thing, to keep exercising, which is the embodiment of the power of the problem, day after day.

Second, the five hearts to one

Loose shoulders and hips, want to put the internal qi better and faster to reach the limbs, you need to practice five hearts to one of the work. The so-called Five Hearts to One is a step that you need to continue to improve after you have the basic dantian gong. The mobilization of internal qi in the body is achieved through Dantian Neigong, from the small stomach to the top of the head, week after week.

The 5 Hearts to One Kung Fu is about mobilizing the internal qi from the Dantian to the palms of the hands and the feet. Receive the inner heart, 2 hearts of the hands and 2 hearts of the feet to the Dantian, which is called Five Hearts to One.

When practicing the basic dantian technique, with the inhalation and exhalation of the internal qi, the stomach bulges and hollows out. When practicing the Five Hearts Return to One Technique, your palms and the hearts of your feet are treated as your stomach,

Inhaling the palms and hearts of your feet, you receive them inward. Receive it into your stomach, the lower dantian. When you exhale convex outward, up to 2 palms and 2 feet.

This is the real reason why all Taijiquan requires you to keep your palms inward and your five toes gripping the ground. The teacher who only tells his students to clasp the ground hard with their toes is irresponsible, or he doesn't know this himself, so I hope you have experienced this. After practicing this step, you have learned that there are springs at 4 points of the whole body, namely, the palms of the hands and the hearts of the feet.

And then through the body breathing and other corresponding techniques, you can go to practice 8 point spring, 10 point spring, N point spring. Eventually, you will be able to realize that there are springs everywhere in your body.
