What materials are commonly used for explosion-proof walls?
Almost all structures with explosion-proof requirements are designed as reinforced concrete structures, and the explosion-proof walls are at least 250mm thick concrete walls. The explosion-proof wall in steel structure should be isolated from the main structure, which is basically reinforced concrete.
1, explosion-proof brick wall: only used in factories and warehouses with less explosive substances.
Structural requirements: column spacing should not be greater than 6m, and structural columns should be added if it is greater than 6m; Brick wall height shall not exceed 6m, and beams shall be added if it exceeds 6m; Brick wall thickness is not less than 240mm;; Brick label should not be lower than Mu7.5, and mortar label should not be lower than M5; Every 0.5m vertical height should not be less than structural reinforcement; Both ends are embedded and welded with reinforced concrete columns or bound with 24 # galvanized iron wire.
Brick number: according to compressive strength and flexural strength, it is divided into four grades: Mu 7.5, Mu 10, Mu 15 and Mu20.
Mortar label: according to cube compressive strength, it is divided into six grades: M 0.4, M 1, M25, M5, M 7.5 and M 10.
2. Explosion-proof reinforced concrete wall: an ideal explosion-proof wall. Structure: the thickness should not be less than 200mm, mostly 500mm, 800mm or even1m; ; Concrete strength is not lower than C20;; The reinforcement is calculated according to the structure, but the concrete strength grade is not small: according to the cube compressive strength, it is divided into 12 grades: C 7.5, C 10, C 15, C20, C25, C30, C35, C40, C45, C50, C55 and C60.
3. Explosion-proof steel plate wall: channel steel is used as the skeleton, and steel plates are riveted or welded together with the skeleton.
According to different practices, it can be divided into the following four types: (1) single-layer or double-layer steel plate explosion-proof wall: the thickness of steel plate should not be less than 6mm, and the spacing between columns and beams should not be greater than 1.8m(2) double-layer steel plate explosion-proof wall filled with concrete in the middle: concrete or sand between columns and beams.
