Third, there are professional theoretical courses, which are different according to the requirements of different schools. Our normal university is the history of Chinese and western music+music harmony, and as far as I know, Huazhong Normal University only wants the history of Chinese and western music. Generally, music majors won't have much problem in this respect, unless you haven't taken a class before.
