The practice of old popsicle
1. Prepare glutinous rice flour, sugar and whole milk powder first. Add 500ml of clean water to a small pot and bring it to boiling water on high fire for about 10 minute. Add the whole milk powder, soft candy and glutinous rice flour into boiling water, fully stir until it melts into popsicle juice, and let it cool.
It's about 15 minutes cold. Finally, we pour the cooled popsicle juice into the popsicle mold, cool it slightly, and move it into the lower layer of the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Then we can eat.
2. Dilute glutinous rice flour with 20ml water. Pour the remaining 450 ml of water into a boiling pot, boil until it is completely boiled, and pour in milk and sugar. While pouring glutinous rice flour water, keep stirring. After boiling again, add salt and turn off the fire. After the boiled popsicle water is naturally cooled, it is poured into the popsicle mold and frozen in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
