1. Wash the noodle dishes until there is no dripping, put them in a large basin, pour in a little vegetable oil and spread them evenly to prevent them from sticking.

5. Add a pinch of salt to the garlic and mash it into minced garlic, put it in a basin, pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil, and mix well. Your mouth will start to water at this time. 1. When making cold dishes with noodles, you need to wash them and remove the water.
