Chapter II Production, Operation and Use

Section 1 General Provisions

Thirteenth production, operation and use of special equipment units and their main responsible persons are responsible for the safety of special equipment they produce, operate and use.

Section III Operation

Article 27 The special equipment sold by the special equipment sales unit shall meet the requirements of safety technical specifications and relevant standards, and its design documents, product quality certificates, installation and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificates and other relevant technical data and documents shall be complete.

Special equipment sales units shall establish special equipment inspection and acceptance and sales record system.

It is forbidden to sell special equipment produced without permission, special equipment that has not been inspected or failed to pass the inspection, and special equipment that has been explicitly eliminated or scrapped by the state.

Twenty-eighth special equipment rental units shall not rent special equipment that has not been approved by the production license or eliminated or scrapped by the state, or that has not been maintained in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications and has not been inspected or failed to pass the inspection.

Twenty-ninth special equipment lease management and maintenance obligations shall be borne by the special equipment leasing unit, unless otherwise stipulated by law or otherwise agreed by the parties.
