Not on legal holidays, including weekends?
Legal analysis: According to national statutory holidays and memorial day holidays, statutory holidays do not include weekends. The National Holiday and Remembrance Day Holidays Regulations stipulate that, in addition to statutory holidays: Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day (all the people). Women's Day, Youth Day, Children's Day and Army Day (for some citizens) are all normal working hours. In addition to the above holidays, the local government can also stipulate local holidays (for example, Yong 'an City, Fujian Province has a bamboo shoot festival every year), so the weekend is not a legal holiday.
Legal basis: Article 40 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * The employer shall arrange employees' holidays in accordance with the law during the following festivals: (1) New Year's Day; (2) Spring Festival; (3) International Labor Day; (4) National Day; (five) other holidays as prescribed by laws and regulations.
