In fact, as long as it varies from person to person, it is better for us ordinary normal people to be "standard points", because practicing Tai Ji Chuan is a meaningful process of qi circulation, and the movements inside are only an external auxiliary form, so that qi and blood can flow smoothly in our bodies. For beginners, when we practice Tai Ji Chuan, we express our thoughts through actions, so that our thoughts can change with the changes of actions. This is a normal process. After practicing according to this action standard for a period of time, we will gradually feel that our actions and ideas are more and more natural. At this time, it is almost an internal and external integration. Then we practice, which is what we want to achieve. At this stage, actions can be expressed at will. When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, the thoughts and moods are different, and the movements will naturally be different, and they will not follow the fixed routine pattern when they first started practicing.
