How to install a radiator with good effect?

Generally, radiator installation methods can be divided into four types: series installation, eight-claw installation, different-distance parallel connection and same-pass parallel connection:

1, series connection: it is more common in old residential areas, with simple installation and saving pipes and fittings; But one of them can't be used if there is a problem; Great mutual influence;

2. Octopus type: the distribution manifold controls each radiator, which does not affect each other and is controlled separately; However, a lot of pipes and fittings are needed, and this connection method is generally used for floor heating;

3. Parallel connection at different distances: At present, there are many installation methods on the market, which are convenient for construction. The inlet and outlet of the radiator are connected in turn from near to far. However, due to the different process of each group of radiators, the temperature control valve in front of the radiators should be adjusted to achieve temperature balance. Each group of radiators does not affect each other and can be switched on and off separately.

4. Parallel connection with the same process: the water inlets of radiators are connected in turn from near to far, and the water outlets are connected in the opposite direction, so that the flow paths of each group of radiators are the same and the water resistance is the same, so that the temperature balance can be achieved without adjusting the temperature control valve during the first heating, and each group of radiators can be independently turned on and off without affecting each other.

In a word, among these four connection methods, the first two are no longer used, and the third one is widely used because of its convenient construction. The fourth pipeline distribution design is high, which is disliked by general construction workers, but it is an ideal installation method.
