In ancient times, there were lions and no tigers in the genus. Because the lion was too fierce and had a bad reputation, the Jade Emperor, who was in charge of sealing the phases of the genus, wanted to remove the lion from the list, but then he had to add an animal who was in charge of the mountains and forests. At this point, the Jade Emperor thought of the Tiger Guardian in front of the temple.

The Tiger Guardian of the Heavenly Palace used to be a kind of unknown animal on the ground. It learned from the cat master there grasp, pounce, bite, shear, punch, leap, fold and other eighteen martial arts, after becoming a warrior in the mountains and forests. Anyone who fights with it, either dead or injured. From then on, the tiger dominated the mountains and forests. Later, when the Jade Emperor heard that the tiger was so brave, he ordered the tiger to be sent to heaven.

The tiger caused a catastrophe on earth, which alarmed the land god, who hurriedly reported to the Heavenly Court, and asked the Jade Emperor to send the God of Unity to suppress the beasts. The Jade Emperor then sent a tiger down to the earth, and the tiger asked for one credit for each victory.

The Jade Emperor's only wish was for peace on earth, so of course he agreed to the tiger's request.

The tiger went up to the sky and fought with the Jade Emperor's guards and won. From then on, the tiger became the guardian of the heavenly palace. Soon after, the beasts and birds on the ground began to do whatever they wanted.
