What is the concept of asceticism?

A: The concept of asceticism refers to the prohibition of sexual intercourse, masturbation, and all other behaviors and desires that can easily lead to sexual stimulation, sexual arousal, sexual climax, and leakage of semen.

The concept of religious abstinence is: first, not only is it not permitted to touch the body of the opposite sex; second, it is not permitted to have reproductive sex with the opposite sex; third, it is not permitted to have sexual contact with the opposite sex (the same sex); and fourth, it is not permitted to masturbate (masturbation).

The general concept of abstinence is the absence of all sexually related behavior with the opposite sex, excluding the occurrence of a single act of masturbation.
