Decision of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government on Amending the Administrative Measures for Handling Industry in Jiangsu Province (2002)

First, delete the first item of the first paragraph of Article 5. Two, delete the fifth paragraph of the first paragraph of article fifth. Three, delete the second paragraph of article fifth. Four. Article 9 is amended as: "The parties involved in handling shall sign a handling contract in accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant state regulations." 5. Article 10 is amended as: "Units and individuals engaged in the handling industry shall sign labor contracts and pay social insurance premiums independently." Six, delete eleventh. Seven, Article 21 is amended as "if a party refuses to accept the punishment decision, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law."

In addition, the order of relevant provisions shall be adjusted accordingly.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The "measures" management of handling industry in Jiangsu Province shall be revised according to this decision and re promulgated.
