The Basic Skills of Chen Shi and Tai Ji Chuan
Tai Ji Chuan is a unique sport developed on the basis of traditional health-keeping methods of "induction" and "breathing". It advocates "guiding qi with intention and transporting the body with qi", and there are also exercise methods of practicing qigong and adjusting the heart. Let me introduce the biography of Chen Taiji. I hope you like it.
Brief introduction of Chen Tai Ji Chuan's basic skills
On the basis of Tai Ji Chuan's theory, only by deeply practicing Tai Ji Chuan's boxing essentials can we get twice the result with half the effort.
When it comes to basic skills, everyone knows that they are crucial in any field. To learn well, we must have solid basic knowledge; Building a high-rise building should have a solid foundation; There are many basic experiments in scientific research; Athletes need basic skills to achieve good results; Martial arts is no exception. Good Kung Fu requires excellent basic skills, especially Tai Ji Chuan.
In the field of martial arts, no matter which school is inseparable from basic skills training, and all martial arts coaches always emphasize the importance of basic skills in teaching.
In fact, all the basic achievement methods are basically the same in Tai Ji Chuan's genre.
In addition to some routine footwork such as leg press, kicking, lunge and standing posture, Tai Ji Chuan's basic training has its own characteristics, such as standing piles, exerting strength and winding silk.
Anyone who studies Tai Ji Chuan must be trained in basic skills, especially beginners, because mastering solid basic skills is very helpful for learning routines and increasing skills in the future.
In fact, both beginners and old scholars should always pay attention to the training of basic skills, but the emphasis is different. Beginners should focus on basic skills training. After mastering the basic skills, we should begin to learn techniques such as routines step by step.
Since I practiced Tai Ji Chuan, I have been practicing the basic skills of Chen Tai Ji Chuan every day.
In the future, with the continuous growth of kung fu, you can practice selectively and emphatically according to the purpose of boxing practitioners every day, but some basic skills, such as standing on piles and exerting strength, still need to be practiced every day.
Chen Tai Ji Chuan has many basic skills, which can be classified into four categories: hand step, basic simplex, basic Gong Zhuang and silk winding. Let's briefly introduce the above four basic skills. Please practice according to the coach's instruction or CD-ROM demonstration.
First, hand type and step type.
1, hand type
There are five hand types in Chen Taiji's biography: palm, fist, hook, tricky hand and gun finger.
1), PDA
Chen Taiji's palm, commonly known as "corrugated palm", requires that the thumb and little finger be combined, and the other three fingers lean back slightly, and the palm should be empty.
2) Boxing
Chen Tai Ji Chuan's boxing is basically the same as most kinds of boxing. When making a fist, the four fingers are required to roll parallel to the palm, the thumb is curled in the palm direction, and the inside of the thumb is close to the middle of the index finger and middle finger. Don't use too much force when making a fist, but feel empty in your heart.
3) Hook hands
When hooking, you should gently pinch your fingers, bend your wrist downward with your fingertips, and the back of your wrist will bulge upward, but you should pay attention to relaxation and don't use too much force, otherwise your wrist will become stiff and affect blood circulation.
4), tricky
When you are a tricky hand, you are required to hold the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger by the little finger, curl them to the palm of your hand in turn, and naturally extend your thumb and gently press it on your index finger. Don't use too much force when making clumsy hands, let your fingers and wrists curl and protrude naturally.
5), the gun refers to
When making a gun finger, it is required that the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger curl to the palm in turn with the little finger collar, the index finger is naturally straightened and aligned with the forearm, and the thumb is naturally tilted upward to form a gun shape. Be careful not to use too much force on the curled three fingers when using.
Step by step
Chen Tai Ji Chuan has six steps: lunge, servant step, imaginary step, horse stance just look, independent step and sitting step.
1), lunge
There are left lunge and right lunge, and the left lunge is divided into Zuo Zheng lunge and left lunge, and vice versa.
Take the left lunge as an example: Zuo Zheng lunge requires the left leg to bow forward, and the thigh and calf are at an angle of 90- 100 degrees, but not less than 90 degrees. The left toe points to the left front, slightly inward, and the right leg is naturally straight, but the knee should be flexed, the crotch should be loose, and the tip of the right foot should be inward, at an angle of about 45 degrees.
Body facing to the left; When doing the left lunge, the left leg is required to bow forward, and the thigh and calf are 90- 100 degrees, but not less than 90 degrees. The left toe points straight ahead, and the right leg naturally straightens to the right, but the knee should be flexed and the crotch should be loose. At the same time, the tip of the right foot should be 90 degrees inward, parallel to the left foot and facing straight ahead.
2), servant step
It is divided into left footwork and right footwork, which is the lower method in the basic footwork. When doing footwork, one leg is required to kneel, the temple is about 5 cm from the ground, the other leg is straight to the side, about parallel to the ground, and the toes are 90 degrees inward and parallel to the other foot.
3), virtual steps
There are left and right imaginary steps, and the left foot is left imaginary step, and vice versa. When doing virtual steps, one leg is required to kneel and squat, and the range is controlled between 90- 150 degrees according to the action requirements, supporting about 90% of the body's center of gravity, and the other leg crosses the imaginary point of half a toe or forefoot, supporting about 10% of the body's weight.
4), "Ma bu".
The legs are required to be separated to the left and right, and the width is about three feet or 80 cm. Sit with your legs bent at the same time, with your thighs and calves at 90- 120 degrees, but not less than 90 degrees, with your feet parallel or slightly outward. Pay attention to the fact that your upper body should look perpendicular to the ground when you do a horse stance just look, and don't lean forward.
5), independent steps
Corresponding to footwork, it is high footwork. The independent step is that one leg stands straight to support the whole body weight, the other leg is lifted upward, the knee is slightly higher than the hip, and the foot is opposite to the knee height of the other leg. The right leg support is a right independent step, and vice versa.
6) Sit on a plate
It's like a person sitting cross-legged on a stool, that is, one leg is in front, the other leg crosses the front legs at the back, and both legs bend their knees at the same time. The curvature of thigh and calf is between 90- 120 degrees, and the ratio of front leg to rear support center is 7:3. The front of the right leg is a left lunge, and vice versa.
Second, the basic Gong Zhuang
Chen Tai Ji Chuan is a very important figure. Generally speaking, it will accompany the boxer all his life, because standing on the pile will help cultivate Yuan's vitality and increase his internal strength. There are two kinds of Gong Zhuang. Scholars generally practice the basic Gong Zhuang of rodless pile (also called mixed pile) first, and then practice Tai Ji Chuan pile (also called open-close pile) with the increase of skills.
Third, the basic simplex
Chen and Tai Ji Chuan have many styles. In addition to * * *, different coaches teach in different styles. According to many years' practice and teaching experience, five basic skills of Chen Tai Ji Chuan are summarized:
1, progress
The general requirement is: when moving forward, the front foot slides forward at an angle of about 45 degrees to the left or front, and at the same time, the toes are turned up and closed, and the inner heel touches the ground first, and then it is practical as needed.
Step 2 step back
The general requirements are: when retreating, the hind foot slides out about 45 degrees to the left or right, and the front foot touches the ground first, and then it is practical as needed.
